Dr. Raymond HANNA met his death on Green Street between the residences of Albert Kleiser and Charles D. Barr about 8 on Wednesday evening. He had been a sufferer from heart troube. He had just come up the Pennsylvania hill and was in distress when he passed the Heinen garage. Richard Johnson was talking to him when he collapsed, striking his head on the sidewalk. Richard called the nearby neighbors and doctor but by the time he reached the scene of the accident, life had fled. The body was taken to the Machledt Funeral Home where a coroner's inquest was held on Thursday morning. Raymond was the son of Pendelton and Jennie McMAINS Hannah, and was b. in Waveland Jan 29, 1888. He is survived by his wife, who lives in Portmouth, Ohio, one son and two daughters. Funeral services at the home of his mother, Mrs. Jennie Hannah this afternoon will be in charge of Rev. Robert Lewis, pastor oft he Christian Church, burial at Maple Ridge funeral at 3 o'clock.

Funeral services for Dr. Raymond Worth HANNA whose death was noted last week, were held at the home of his mother, Mrs. Jennie Hannah on Friday afternoon. Rev. Robert Lewis officiated, assisted by Rev. H. Ray Sigler. Mrs. Charles F. Moore and Mrs. Fred Rice sang with Mrs. TS Banta at the piano. The casket was borne by Charles D. Barr; Paul McIntire; Frank T. Burrin; Parke Spencer, Hubert Ghormley and Earl McNutt. The flowers were carried by Mrs. Charles F. Moore; Mrs. Fred Rice; Mrs. Parke Spencer; Mrs. Hubert Loudermill and Mrs. Jake Glascock. Burial in Maple Ridge Cemetery. Raymond Worth Hanna, son of Pendelton and Jennie McMains Hanna was born in Waveland Jan 29, 1888. He died Nov 13, aged 47 years, 10 months and 13 days. He attended the Waveland schools, after the death of his father he went with his mother to Kansas City, Mo where he lived until he entered Indiana University in 1900. In 1910 he entered the school of osteopathy in Kirksville, Mo graduating in 1912, and spending the following year in post graduate work at the school. In 1912 he was married to Miss Frances RYAN. To this union were born 3 children: Mrs. Julia Lee PEOPLE and Mrs. Mary Agnes LEFFINWELL of Ashland, Ky and John Raymond Hanna of Portsmouth, Ohio. After his marriage he moved to Portsmouth where he practiced several years. WHen his health began to fail and the doctors ordered him to take a complete rest, he came to the home of his mother in Waveland a year ago for that purpose. While here there was some improvement but he never fully recovered and on last Wednesday night when he was on his way to visit a patient he was seized with the fatal attack. At 7:30 o'clock he passed on to that better land, where there is no pain or death. He was preceded by his father in 1903. He united with the Waveland Christian Church Feb 6, 1905 under the pastorate of Shelly D. Watts. Raymond was of a kindly disposition and made friends with all who knew him. He is survived by his wife and 3 children, 3 grandchildren and his mother, who will greatly miss him.
